What's Going on With Me? A Turkey Trot

Since I blog A LOT on another platform, I have let this one ride for a while. Not good. Realistically, I should be blogging here every day if I want traffic. Isn't traffic what it's all about?

That's a joke. I pondered Luke 2:19 this morning: Mary kept and pondered these things in her heart. We could use more pondering and less blahblah.

However, it's time to update. I spent eleven days on a fabulous trip to Turkey: Cappadocia, Instabul, and the Seven Churches of Revelation region. It will take me a long time to process this. But here are photos from the Cappadocian days--eating, balloons, historical sites, natural beauty. The land is post-volcanic and for centuries people lived there and carved their homes and churches from the rocks. One of my favorites was Ilhara Canyon.

Sorry for the silly "Turkey Trot," except that is what we did. Walk, walk, walk. It was sometimes like The Lord of the Rings.
